What is Tuner Toys Policy?
You can find our policy here - Tuner Toys Policy
Can you ship my purchase somewhere else?
If you pay by Money Order, we'll ship it wherever you want on the entire planet. : )

If you pay by Paypal, we will ship to only the Paypal confirmed address.

If you pay by credit card, we will ship only to the billing address of the card.

What happens if I don't pay the customs or brokerage fees for my purchase?
The fees must be paid. If You do not pay as FedEx (our shipping service) requests, they send the bill to us. We are not in the business of paying your bills, so we have to collect it from you. If you make it hard for us, we turn you over to a credit reporting collection agency, who makes it hard for you. It will be easier if you just pay the fees as required.

Will you mark my item as a gift, or undervalue it, on the customs forms?
No, we will not.

Which oil line kit do I need?
We do not maintain a comprehensive list of the dimensions of every turbo ever manufactured. Assembling this type of information would be a monumental task.
Therefore we do not know if our kits will fit a particular turbo from a particular car or manufacturer.

You'll need to compare the dimensions of your turbo, to those dimensions given below. Once you have determined which kit you need, let us know, and we'll process your order.

- Flange measurements are taken from center to center of the mounting bolts. -
  • The T3 kit includes a 1/8NPT oil inlet fitting and a 50.8mm Drain Flange
  • The T25/14B kit includes a 7/16 24 Inverted Flare oil inlet fitting and a 44mm Oil Drain Flange
  • The 14B kit includes a 7/16 24 Inverted Flare oil inlet fitting and a 38mm Oil Drain Flange

What is the best way to contact Tuner Toys?
eMail is the best bet, as we do not have a dedicated phone staff.

After that you can phone us at 888-2NR-TOYS

"I clicked on a Google add to get here, how do I get the smoking deal described in the ad?"
Our Google ads promote prices so low, that we do not list that price in our online store, it's only for those sites where we have a promotion in progress.
To get the price in the ad, just hit us up with an email or a phone call, to purchase direct! You can email us here - sales@TunerToys.com
Or give us a call at 1-888-2NR-TOYS

How do I select a head gasket thickness, or calculate Compression Ratio for my engine?
You can use any of the online compression ration calculators to figure out which gasket or which piston will result in a particular compression ratio. You can Google for "Honda Compression Ratio Calculator" or just go to Zeal Autoworks, they have a calculator for B, K, H, & F engines.
