Standard Boost Controller

The TurboXS Standard Boost Controller is installed in line with the pressure hose running from the positive pressure side of the turbo to the wastegate actuator system. It can be used on vehicles with internal and external waste gate systems and on vehicles fitted with factory electronic boost control systems. Simply cut the waste gate pressure hose and insert the supply pressure hose onto the brass nipple of the boost controller. Insert the waste gate supply hose onto the blue colored nipple. Secure the hoses with hose clamps. Alternatively, use the hose extension which eliminates the need to cut the pre-existing pressure hose. The Boost Controller can be mounted with the mounting bracket.The boost pressure is adjusted via the adjusting screw located internally on the top of the TurboXS Boost Controller. The vehicle's boost pressure can be increased by winding the adjusting screw in the counter-clockwise direction. Once the boost pressure has been increased, winding the adjusting screw in the clockwise direction will decrease the boost pressure. Typically, one (1) full turn of the adjusting screw in the counter-clockwise direction will result in a turbo boost increase of one psi.
