Returns Policy
All cancelled orders and returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund for shipping.
All reasonable returns will be accepted, provided that all bags must be unopened and any seals unbroken. If bags have been opened or seals are broken, TunerToys reserves the right to reject the returned item, or may levy a processing fee to cover the cost of testing and repackaging the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be granted until the item has been received and accepted for refund by Tuner Toys. Refunds and Core Refunds may be paid by company check.
